***Moments2photo sessions include:***
With each session you will receive professional, high-resolution digital images, depending on package you choose you may also receive Professional hand edited, Touch-Up images, (Skin retouching, artistic enhancement, adding special colors and matte, and just making your image pop, etc.) All of the others will have a final Basic editing, white balance and color correction done, with your very own printing rights. of a (.PDF Print Release). Turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks, with a sneak peek within the first few days.
*** The balance of your session fee is due the day of your session and can be paid with cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
(Please keep in mind that I would need to add a fee if paid with Paypal, Venmo, or a Charge card. Thanks for understanding.)
***Newborn Sessions:***
3 to10 days old, price plus tax.
Usually lasting approximately 2-3 hours.
Immediate Family (mom, dad & newborn).
Adding siblings is an extra $10.00 per child.
Mom, Dad, Newborn, siblings and
grandparents. Must notify me of this ahead of time. Otherwise they really are not allowed in the studio. Please understand. Any other members add $15.00. Large Family add on's are not recommend at all, or encourage, because baby can feel the tenseness. It is also very crowded to work correctly. And I know you are looking for those oh, so precious images, aren't you? So I strongly suggest to leave grandparents at home.

***Baby's Sessions:***
Babies older than 10 days, $425.00 plus tax
1-2 hours
***Head up, 3 month old babies to 4 month old Session:***
$255.00 plus tax. Baby must hold his or her head up pretty well for one of those really sweet workable sessions.
***Sitter Session:***
6 or 9 Month, $255.00 plus tax
Child must be able to sit. 1 hour, Studio or warm weather outdoors. For all Sitter sessions, The child must be 6 months or older and be able to sit. Any child under 6 months are $255.00 a session and must be able to hold their head up.
Children with Special Needs Special price of $175.

***I am running a business just like a Doctors office. Please be on time. A little slack is OK, because I run a little late all the time.

Large Extended Family Sessions:
$400.00 plus tax
Location can be at a nearby park. Either very early in the day or very late in the day.
I prefer natural lighting with the sun shinning just after sunrise or a little before sunset. That way we can achieve desirable portraits of your entire extended family. Quality of the light at a location with interesting elements is key! Direct sunlight on clear, bright days means high contrast, squinting subjects, and unflattering shadows.
***Combined Session Information***
Newborn and Family Session - Combined:
Some families like to combine their Newborn and Family Session.
(Meaning the Same day - all done on one session date.)
These sessions do take a little longer and are $475.00 for the combined Newborn
and Family digital images.
***What you receive:***
With each session you will receive 40 or more professional, high-resolution digital images, which 3-4 of them will be Professional hand edited, Touch-Up images, (Skin retouching, artistic enhancement, adding special colors and matte, and just making your image pop, etc.) All of the others will have a final Basic editing with white balance and color correction done, with your very own printing rights. (.PDF Print Release). Cropping of images are up to your decisions when you go for print. Your digital images will be delivered via Upload in an Online gallery. Galleries can be shared with family members. You or they can at that time download any or all your choices. This is perfect for family out of town. Your personal link will be available for 2-3 weeks once we send it, unless you would like a longer time frame, just please ask.
No added fees.
Printed photos are not included in my session prices. You may of course go though your own Photo Lab for any printing needs. If any prints are purchased through moments2photo they are separate. Printing link here!
***As part of my job as a professional photographer, I will choose the very best images from your session. I select images that are in focus and to the best lighting conditions that were available. I have been an artist in photography and design for oh my goodness, so many years that I am afraid to count. Please trust my expertise judgment in this matter. If I do see more exceptional photos in my pickings than I will just simply add those. All the unacceptable images will not be of print quality and will then be purged. If my style of photography is pleasing to you, I would enjoy meeting your loved ones.

Booking Retainer/Deposit: Deposits. 2022, 2023 & 2024,…
Deposit is $50. Due at time of booking.
I use Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash app or apple pay.
A few of these carry a $2 fee that will be added later.
We all know that life situations do arise. Even in my household, emergencies or sickness turn our world upside down. A change in our day means a cancellation to certain affairs. So with my understandable and flexible personality, I do honor all Deposits and will hold them as your good faith option to one cancellation change. We will reschedule your session date. After which it will be non-refundable though if a second cancellation should happen.
*** (An earlier delivery date does not apply to my cancellation policy)
This is perfectly normal, and we work on a your alternate session date together.
Cancellation Policy… In the event that you should cancel your session, this fee can be used to book at a later time. In the event of a second cancellation, the photographer’s time and consultation is therefore pre-paid from your booking retainer to her.
Fees are non-refundable. If your appointment is changed because of early delivery that's not a problem. That's a blessing.
